REBUILDING THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS
In 2015 Josh Echo-Hawk was hired by the San Antonio Spurs to lead a total overhaul of their production process. They were in the process of upgrading their displays and control room.
Josh and team did a total re-make of in-game content, re-evaluated the staffing, hired a new gameday video director, and re-worked the production process from the ground up.
This was a massive project that culminated in a flawless opening night, and a better production environment.
Josh and his entire team (plus a few extra!) led the production efforts for the 2016 Ryder Cup.
This included hiring the production staff, securing mobile facilities / TV truck, planning all the needed production, and developing a massive amount of content.
One of the biggest challenges was developing a plan that looked like a seamless production between TV coverage and videoboard coverage.
Additionally, months were spent in coordinating the content -- including working closely with NBC / Golf Channel to build an entire graphics package.

BOEING FIRST FLIGHT
We've done a lot of live shoes before, but this one felt extremely LIVE, as it had to have two separate production units contributing to one live broadcast.
A massive amount of custom production work went into making sure the coverage was seamless.
BIGGEST CHALLENGE: Wireless RF at 2 commercial airpots (not a cable-friendly environment!).
This was definitely one of the coolest and most challening projects we have done - very rewarding.
We manage the production content, motion graphics, and sponsorship elements at all venues at WSU.
Our job is to make sure every item in the script has a visual component that looks, great, is built to the right technical specs, and entertains the fans while elegantly promoting key sponsors.
We do all the work in-house, and provide a very big level of support to the marketing staff.
LIVE - CONCERT
AEROSMITH on CBS
We handle high pressure projects very well --- our team is very experienced and we know how to deliver a good production.
This project was a combination of live camera switching for the concert, and an overnight edit (with Sir Steven Tyler himself) to prepare a 5.1 Surround Master to air on CBS the following afternoon.

MOTION GRAPHICS PACKAGE
We produced the in-arena graphics package for the UFC 200 event in T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas.
The package was delivered on short notice, following UFC brand standards, and built to the exact requirements of the T-Mobile Arena Click Effects systems.

We worked toward the theme of "THE BRUINS ARE BOSTON" -- and took countless photos of iconic themes around the city of Boston (lamposts, parking meters, buildings, bridges, fire hydrants, etc) and incorporated an "old/vintage poster" feel to the package.
