I help venues get their production needs figured out.  I typically work on projects that involve new video boards in a stadium, or special TV projects that need someone to coordinate equipment, people and production details.

For the last 20+ years I have worked in professional television production –mostly live events, sports and music. I build television/production workflows from the ground up. I help develop production teams and equipment plans.

WHAT I DO:

I project manage large displays, LED & videoboard projects.

I deliver live-venue / stadium / arena / event motion graphics and production services at www.unanimousdesign.com

I have 20+ years of production experience at a national level.

TRACK RECORD OF SUCCESSFUL STARTUPS

In 2000 Josh was hired as a producer for ASCN, a cutting-edge High Definition broadcast project owned by Trail Blazer (NBA) and Seahawks (NFL) owner, Paul Allen. Josh produced sports programming, motion graphics and studio productions at the very first advent of high definition tv.

In 2002 Josh became Creative Director for Paul Allen’s sports marketing company, Action Sports Media. There, he worked to develop ASM into one of the nations leading sports motion graphics departments for live events, LED and videoboard production. While at ASM, Josh demonstrated clear understanding of sponsorship, advertising and creative development of media for large venue presentation.

In 2007, Josh founded Graystone, in Portland, OR. as a full service production company that manages television packaging, develops content, and produces live events for sports clients from coast to coast.  Graystone managed several large projects, including University of Oregon (all venues), Washington State University (all venues), Arizona State University (all venues), and PGA events for GoVision.

In 2012, Unanimous launched ExperienceSportscasting, a hands-on broadcast workshop in Las Vegas, featuring national talent/instructors.  The attendees get real training in the industry, and valuable experience cutting their demo reel, working side-by-side with that nations professional radio, television and media industry pro’s.

In 2014, GoVision purchased Graystone Media.  This brought Josh to the GoVision team for 3 years, where he successfully delivered live event production, management, and content services as Vice President of Creative Services.  During this time, Josh and his team were critical in multiple Super Bowls, Final Fours, PGA Events, including the 2016 Ryder Cup, and countless music festivals, concerts and live events. Josh still manages events for GoVision, but now operates independently as a project manager.

In 2018, Josh launched Unanimous Design., with offices in Chicago and Portland. Unanimous Design serves clients as a creative/marketing and live event management agency. Unanimous can deliver powerful impact tools for live events.

Josh lives in Oregon with his wife Paige. They are a “Brady Bunch” and have 3 kids each.  It’s a happy house, always full of noise and laughter.
